Purpose

To foster the interest in all facets of woodworking, share ideas and experiences, sharing projects for show and tell, woodworking stories of how-to-do, group tool purchases, trading and individual tool and machine sales, Christmas toy project for kids, fellowship, newsletter of upcoming meeting and news, AND JUST PLAIN FUN!!!!

Information on Meetings

Monthly meetings from September thru April. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon at McAllister Center (some road trips). Meeting subjects have included scroll saw techniques, chip carving, finishing, sanding procedures, sharpening, project planning, lathe work, cabinet construction, bowl carving, band saw boxes, jig and fixture construction, tours to shops, and many other subjects. Most of the meetings are conducted by members sharing their ideas and projects. For one Meeting each year, a professional presenter is brought in. This event is usually an additional fee to attend above the normal dues.

Club Dues

$30.00 Annually (September thru August). Anyone attending will join by paying $30.00.

Perks-a-Plenty

Great door prizes every meeting. Everything from glue to clamps (A wise woodworker was once ask "How many clamps does a woodworker need?" He answered, "One more than he has.") There is also a yearly raffle for what is always a very fine item or tool. Not to mention a club discount at Rockler in Indianapolis.
